Ollie got accepted into the ISR swim program here locally. We had him on the wait list not expecting to start until sometime in May. The phone call a couple weeks ago that there was one open spot if we wanted it! The start date was the following week on April 1. We jumped on the opportunity. The program takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks. Being that we are around water very often we felt strongly about this program.
Our plan was to do swim float swim. I was amazed that within 4 days Ollie was already swimming to the edge of the pool. He cried while in the water. He does not enjoy getting his head wet. He can float on his back which is awesome! As for now he does not like to swim. We have decided with the coach that for now he will teach him to float,
