Pretty much every Sunday evening we enjoy dinner with Jo. Tonight we tried a new recipe! Weenie boats. Okay it may look and sound disgusting but they are actually yummy (that is, if you can stand a hot dog!). They are very simple to make; take a hot diggity dog slice it in half long ways, then top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. So easy and the kiddos will love em!
Ok that is so weird, but I think that I would actually like them. I could actually really go for a hot dog on a stick and a Lemonade.
